Coincidentally all hosts won their games. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The biggest surprise took place in Doha where host Qatari Al Arabi (2-0) beat league's leader Kuwaiti Kazma (2-1) 88-75 on Tuesday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Kazma. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Al Arabi made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Ousmane Dieng (194-2002) who scored 20 points. Guard Khaled Roushdy (191-1997) chipped in 12 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Ahmad Albaloushi (182-1990) who recorded 15 points and 4 assists. Kazma's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Defending Qatari champion keeps a position of league leader which they share with defeated Kazma. Kazma at the other side still keeps top place with one game lost. They were joined at the leadership position by Al Rayyan who have the same record.

It was a good game for British forward Joshua Apple (201-1998, college: ECU) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds. Jawad Adekoya contributed with 28 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Al Seeb's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Montenegrin center Marko Perovic (204-1992, agency: BIG) replied with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds for Al Mena. Al Seeb left bottom position moving up to third place, which they share with Al Wahda and Antonine. Al Mena at the other side still closes the standings with two games lost.

In the last game of round 6 Al Wahda was defeated by Sagesse in Beirut 102-88.

An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Doha. Top-ranked Qatari Al Rayyan faced 4th ranked Omani Al Bashaer. Host Al Rayyan (3-0) defeated guests from (0-3) 88-79. Al Rayyan looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Raven Brown scored 18 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Abdulla Mousa (184-2008) chipped in 15 points and 5 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was American point guard Samajae Haynes-Jones (185-1996, college: Wichita St., agency: One Motive Sports) with 22 points and 4 assists and Idris Mohammed scored 18 points and 8 rebounds. Five Al Rayyan and four Al Bashaer players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Al Rayyan have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 3-0 record, which they share with Al Ahly Tripoli. Defending Omani champion Al Bashaer still closes the standings with three games lost. They share the position with Al-Manama and Hadramout.

Everything could happen in Beirut at the game between two tied teams. Both third ranked Lebanese Sagesse and second-best Syrian Al Wahda had identical 1-1 record. This time Sagesse used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Damascus 102-88 on Tuesday night. It was a key game for the top position in the league.
